Shipping Policy

Shipping process:

  • Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location. 
  • Orders are mailed out weekly, Mon-Fri before 5pm EST. 
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by the shipping courier. Make sure to refer to your tracking number frequently for all delivery updates.
  • Please note that 7PMLASH is not responsible for shipping delays.
  • When you receive notice that your package has been delivered please check your mailbox, parcel lockers, and front porch/door step. If you did not receive your package, please contact USPS immediately. They can track where your package was last scanned with their GEO locating systems.

*After you have contacted them and feel that you are still in need of assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help track down your package.

      International orders:

      • Packages may be subject to additional fees, duties, and import taxes based on your country's tax laws/regulations. 7PMLASH is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be required for package release/delivery.

      Shipping to Freight Forwarders & Third-Party Addresses

      • Orders shipped to freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, or third-party shipping facilities are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
      • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided, our responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled. We are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, delays, or mishandling that may occur after delivery to these locations.
      • Please note that we are unable to assist with or file claims for packages once they have been delivered to a forwarding facility. Any issues must be addressed directly with the forwarding company or shipping carrier.
      • We strongly recommend shipping directly to a secure residential or business address to ensure safe and timely delivery.

      Accurate order information:

      • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information during checkout. 
      • 7PMLASH is not responsible for updating an incorrect address, changing incorrect contact information or changing an order once placed. Please review that all of your information is correct before submitting your order. **We would be happy to make any corrections on your behalf, as long as we are notified, within a timely manner, before order fulfillment.
      • Refunds will not be offered for orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, etc. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to resend their package, should it be returned to us for any reason.

      Damaged products in transit:

      • Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, 7PMLASH is not responsible for any lash trays or products that are cracked/damaged during shipping and handling. 
      • Once your package is in the hands of a shipping courier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping courier.

      *If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away so we can file a claim on your behalf. Once photos are provided, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

          Package delivery:

          • Once your package is marked as delivered 7PMLASH is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. 7PMLASH is also not responsible for any package that is lost in transit. 

          *If you did not receive your package, please contact us and we will file a missing package claim on your behalf.
